This program allows UC Berkeley students to purchase a semester film pass for a flat fee of $35, valid for unlimited admission to regular-priced PFA programs throughout the semester. The Cal Student Film Pass is your passport to a diverse world of international cinema from the silent era to the present. With the pass, you can go to the movies without having to pay for a ticket each time. You can use it to see things you might be inclined to watch anyway, or to check out something unfamiliar just out of curiosity. You might just discover a new favorite film or director!

  • $35 per semester, available only at the PFA Theater box office during regular box office hours. Box office opens one hour before the first scheduled screening of the day.

  • Good for unlimited admission to regular-priced programs.

  • Present pass at PFA Theater box office on day of show with current Cal student photo ID.

  • One ticket per pass, on a first-come, first-served basis, pending seating availability.

  • Not valid for programs with special admission prices, including film festivals and
