The BAM/PFA Library and Film Study Center is one of the major film information resources in the country, providing film study and information services and access to films and videos in the collection. The Library is open from 1 to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, for access to noncirculating collection materials and phone reference services. Access is free to UC Berkeley students and faculty.

BAM/PFA offers a number of useful online resources, including multimedia collection guides for aspects of the art collections, searchable databases of film notes, the film collection, and CineFiles (contents of clipping files covering world cinema past and present).
